  • Defence and security company Saab has received an order from the Naval Port Gdynia, Poland, for the maintenance and logistic support of the Polish Navy’s RBS15 Mk3 surface-to-surface missile system with deliveries taking place 2017-2018.

     
  • Defence and security company Saab has signed a contract extension with the United Kingdom’s (UK) Ministry of Defence (MoD) for the provision of Support and Services to the Direct Fire Weapon Effects Simulator (DFWES) capability. The three year extension has a value of MSEK245 and comes into effect during 2017. The order will be booked in the first quarter 2017.

  • Defence and security company Saab today at LAAD International Defence & Security Exhibition presented the latest developments in its Gripen NG Programme for Brazil. The new developments included an announcement on the first aircraft for the Brazilian Air Force and that the development of the two-seat version has already begun in Brazil. Saab also confirmed extended cooperation with a number of Brazilian companies.

     
  • Defence and security company Saab has been selected by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) to deploy its Advanced – Surface Movement Guidance & Control System (A-SMGCS) and latest generation Multilateration System at Singapore Changi Airport. 

     
  • Defence and security company Saab has, under a joint procurement process with Denmark and Norway, signed framework agreements with the respective countries for the supply of static and mobile camouflage systems to their armed forces.   • Saab Receives Order for Next Generation Anti-Ship Missile

    Defence and security company Saab has signed a contract with the Swedish Defence Material Administration (FMV) for the development and production of the next generation anti-ship missile system. The total order value amounts to SEK3.2 billion and deliveries will take place during the period 2017-2026.
