  • Saab Awarded SANDF Mass Field Feeding System Contract

    Defence and security company Saab has been awarded a contract to deliver a Mass Field Feeding Capability to the South African National Defence Force (SANDF).

  • Saab receives order for Gripen maintenance operations

    The defence and security company Saab has received an order from the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) on behalf of the Swedish Armed Forces to provide support and maintenance services for Gripen C/D in 2018. The order exercises a contractual option within the framework of a previously signed agreement pertaining to performance-based support and maintenance.

  • Saab Receives Subsystems Order for Meteor

    Defence and security company Saab has signed a contract with MBDA for deliveries of subsystems for the Meteor Beyond Visual Range Air-to-Air Missile (BVRAAM) missile system. The order value amounts to approximately SEK 150 million and deliveries to MBDA will take place during the period 2020-2021.

     
  • Defence and security company Saab announces Marcelo Lima as Managing Director for Saab Aeronáutica Montagens (SAM), the plant supplying aerostructures for the Gripen fighters acquired by the Brazilian Air Force (FAB). The plant will be located in São Bernardo do Campo, a city in the São Paulo metropolitan area. The selection of the property is in the final phase and the recruitment of professionals has already started.
