The Swedish government sells its shares in Celsius to Saab

The Swedish Government has today accepted the offer from Saab regarding
all the shares it owns in Celsius.

The Swedish Government has today decided to accept the offer from Saab AB
("Saab"), regarding the A- and B-shares it owns in Celsius AB
("Celsius"). This decision follows a vote by the Swedish Parliament on 16
February 2000 in favor of a sale of the Swedish Government's shares in
Celsius. The Swedish Government sells in total 3,000,000
A-shares and 4,000,000 B-shares representing 24.9 per cent of the shares
and 61.7 per cent of the votes in Celsius to Saab.

Prior to the Swedish Government's decision today, Saab owned a total of
10,666,066 B-shares, representing approximately 38 percent of the share
capital and approximately 19 percent of the total votes in Celsius.

As earlier stated, the acceptance period for Saab's offer to the
shareholders in Celsius will remain open until 23 February 2000 and the
estimated first date of payment is 3 March 2000.

Saab's intention is to purchase all outstanding shares in Celsius as
stated in its offer to the shareholders in Celsius that was announced on
16 November 1999. According to the offer, Saab is offering SEK 179 in cash
for each A- or B-share in Celsius AB.
