Celsius Test Systems acquire test operation from Ericsson

Ericsson Telecom is transferring operations for maintenance and further
development of test systems to Celsius Test Systems. The test systems are
used for the manufacturing and repair of products, which are made by
Ericsson Telecom. The transfer of an operation of this nature is entirely
in line with Ericsson's strategy to focus on its core business.

There are currently five personnel who are involved in the operation and
they will all join Celsius Test Systems with the transfer of the business.
th
The transfer took effect on 15 November 2000.

Celsius Test Systems will supply the services to Ericsson Telecom on a
contract basis. At the same time the deal will provide the opportunity to
increase commitment to test solutions for the manufacture and repair of
Ericsson's products.

"This deal means that Celsius Test Systems further strengthens its market
position as the leading supplier of test solutions in Scandinavia", said
Torbjörn Trygg, President of Celsius Test Systems.

" We have a great need for qualified personnel. Now we have gained both
additional resources and expertise for support services within the area of
testing", added Torbjörn Trygg.
