What led you to your current role at Saab?
More of coincidences than a dedicated plan. However, Saab has to me, always been amongst an exclusive club of “potential future employer”, mainly due to Saab employees I have met and talked to during my earlier career.

A positive general atmosphere amongst colleagues at most workplaces with sound leadership. To feel and be part of projects in the technical forefront in a number of different areas.

Meeting potential employees at universities and newly hired in the Global graduate program is very positive and energizing!
What are the challenges you face?
To drive and develop my functional responsibilities in the most optimal way for Saab while keeping my team members motivated and inspired to do great contributing things on this journey.
Name one interesting fact about Saab that people might not know?
Some Saab employees engage in their free time to helping young students with their math studies.
Tell us about the strangest or most fun thing you have done at Saab?
I have been fishing in the Indian Ocean on the shore to Mogadishu, Somalia.
How do you describe your work to your friends and family?
As a very rewarding and important work. Rewarding for myself as get to learn and develop in so many areas, important in relation to the impact our delivery of products and services have amongst our customers, especially in terms of strategic military capabilities for the defense of a country.
How has Saab supported your development?
Mainly by my manager's leadership, allowing me freedom under responsibility to do with my mandate, time, resources and efforts what I conclude and believe is my best contributions for a continuous successful Saab!
