Packaging Technology

We work in very close cooperation with our customers and offer customized recyclable packaging which will protect the contents throughout their entire life cycle, regardless of whether it is a question of transport or storage.

For instance, we have designed and produced the package for the wings and engine, as well as small individual cases for tools and delicate instruments for the Swedish fighter JAS39 Gripen. Some examples of our concultancy services:
  • We help the customer in formulating the specification requirements in order to eliminate transport and storage damage
  • We provide a CAD-based design for the production
  •  We produce prototypes, prior to serial production
  • We carry out risk analyses of transport damage and destructive testing of packaging in order to ensure optimal solutions
  • We supply and perform repair service

To guarantee high and consistent packaging quality, Saab is certified according to the ISO 9001.
