Why did you apply to the graduate program?

I have always wanted to be a part of Saab and to contribute to people’s security and also to work with the state of art technology. The Saab Graduate Leadership Program felt like the best introduction to the company and a chance to really challenge yourself.

Has your image of Saab changed during the program?

Yes, I knew that Saab was a large company but it’s bigger than I thought. The variation and the large number of products is not only in defense but also in civil.

What is it like to be a graduate at Saab?

In the beginning you think everything is planned in detail, what you should do and how you will progress, but it’s not and that’s the beauty of it. Of course some are planned but it is really up to you and that freedom and responsibility is what drives you to push yourself to learn as much as possible about Saab and your role and to find out what makes you go to work every day.

Can we contact you if we have additional questions?
