Now we are looking for an Operational Purchaser within Gripen Support in Malmslätt, Linköping.
As a buyer within Supply Chain, you have the operational purchasing responsibility to ensure delivery of essentially planned needs to our production, which is characterized by a large project focus. You will be part of a team that purchases repairs and material for aircraft components. This places great demands on quality, flexibility and rapid action by both suppliers and buyers.
You are expected to be able to handle the purchase of both standard components and the manufacture of complex customer-specific products and you should be able to maneuver between tasks of different character with relative ease.
When Saab works within an industry sector that is subject to export control, you need to understand the purpose and objective of this at an overall level and have an ability to quickly familiarize yourself with, and act upon, relevant regulatory requirements.
Your ongoing tasks will mainly be as follows:
· Purchase of materials and services based on planned needs
· Order ordering and delivery monitoring
· Sales orders
· Obtain a cost estimate
· Ongoing feedback to customer managers and managing supplier follow-up
· Flow optimization
Your most important interfaces, except of course the suppliers, will be included in the Planning, Strategic Purchasing, Project Office and Export Control functions.

Other qualifications are as follows:
· Good knowledge of MS Office
· Good communicative ability
· Good knowledge of English and Swedish in speech and writing

· Experience of purchasing work in the defense, pharmaceutical industry or other highly regulated activities
· Experience and / or interest in Export Control
· Experience of work in business system from IFS
