We at the HMI area at Saab Aeronautics are looking for curious, creative, accurate and quality-aware system developers in the software area with a system perspective and / or test mentality. Our hope is that you want to contribute in our development of a world-class HMI (Human Machine Interaction).
Our mission is to deliver solutions in accordance with the safety critical requirements of our products, therefore creative thinking and initiatives is needed within the framework provided by our processes and regulations. The processes and regulations and the acceptance of our responsibilities gives us and our users the assurance that we meet the flight critical safety requirements. In addition to writing code and test code, there will be some document-related work and quality time in our test rigs together with other developers. The test rigs can be described as advanced flight simulators and there you will get closer to the functions and capabilities of our products, as well as gaining a unique insight into the pilots' working environment. The product that we now are focusing on is developing Gripen E, a smart fighter aircraft at the forefront of technology.
