Do you want to be a part of the exciting journey to develop competence and ways of working in HR to meet new requirements? We are transforming Human Resources and implementing a modern SaaS system to support our business. In this role, you are part of Group Function Human Resources and accountable for HR Services on group level. You will report to Head of HR Operations, with the overall responsibility for deliverables and operational excellence within the following areas;
• HR Information Systems
• HR/People information
• Recruitment and Global Mobility
• Workflows related to personnel administration (will evolve when the new Work day system is launched)
• Coordination of processes, methods, tools and ways of working
HR Operations is a change driver and partner to the line organization delivering support and continuous improvements within areas of scope.
You and your team will have the overall responsibility for an effective and efficient HR Service delivery in Saab. The area is undergoing many changes when Workday goes live and you are a key player driving the required changes to meet new demands. You will also be responsible for the global Workday support that is launched at go live and will be the first point of contact that offer users an excellent support in all Workday related questions. The support desk will also enable data driven improvement work. Further, your team is responsible transactions in Workday like management of employment contracts, administration of re-organizations, and administration of certain flows as well as follow up of data quality. Further, your team will handle updates of information at our People portal, administration of testimonials, maintaining of employee files, people reports, statistics and analytics. There will also be more tasks moved into HR Services from our HR Specialist areas going forward. You will work in close cooperation with other functions within HR to evolve HR and take us forward in our journey of digitalization.

Curiosity, a growth mindset and being a team player with the ability to inspire others to evolve our operations to improve the support for the business is key. You have a genuine interest to develop, coach, lead your team of professionals towards new ways of working and operational excellence. To succeed you also need to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in the HR Organization as well as other functions.
You have relevant academic educational background, experience and proven record of accomplishment from leadership positions. You are interested in digitalization and preferably has a broad knowledge of the HR area. In this role, you need a good knowledge in English and Swedish, both verbal and written. Experience from building up and/or leading a global help desk is a merit.
