What you will be a part of
You will be part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team in Tannefors, Linköping, belonging to the business unit Gripen Support, which serves Gripen-users around the globe with repairs, spare parts, technical publications and other support.
As part of our Customer Support team within Gripen Support, you will belong to a group which has a key role in the units's daily operations . The team is responsible for Spares to the Swedish Armed forces.
Your role includes:
- Customer Support
- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met
- Order function
- Monitoring contract performance
Your skills and experience
We are currently in a very expansive phase and we need to strengthen our competence in several areas. We therefore see it as important with the expertise you bring to the company, Depending on your background, there is a certain amount of flexibility in the role.
You are a team-player with previous experience. You are a good communicator, and accepts responsibility for the results.
