What you will be a part of

Your role

  • Facilitate the Recruitment Action Request
  • Reviewing Position Descriptions
  • Upload the role into Talent Link
  • Writing adverts to be listed on SEEK, the intranet and the website
  • Field enquiries from candidates regarding roles
  • Conducting initial screening of applications
  • Providing shortlists to Recruitment Managers for review and comment
  • Organising interviews
  • Conducting both behavioural based and technical interviews
  • Conducting reference checks and any other checks as required
  • Communicating with candidates both successful and unsuccessful via phone and/or email
  • Prepare offers and liaise with HR Coordinators to have contracts distributed
  • Provide guidance on policy interpretation.

Your skills and experience

  • The ability to work collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders;
  • Highly customer focused with excellent communication and diplomacy skills;
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary Recruitment practices;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage workload including the ability to prioritise work and meet established timeframes
