What you will be a part of

Your role

As a Saab Australia Graduate, you will have the opportunity to contribute to your own personalised development initiatives, and kick-start your career.

Based in Adelaide, South Australia; Saab Australia’s Graduate program will give you the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers, to deliver world leading and innovative projects. You will be exposed to several areas within the business through structured rotations, and develop your skills and knowledge through complex projects and work assignments.

We are currently seeking Engineering Graduates specialising in the following disciplines, to join our growing business:

  • Electrical/Electronics
  • Computer Systems
  • Software
  • Mechatronics

Your skills and experience

We are searching for talented high-achievers, who are inquisitive problem-solvers; and who have a passion for delivering products that will help to keep people safe. 

To be eligible for the Saab Australia Graduate Program, you will need to meet the following criteria: 

  • Completed within the last two (2) years, or about to complete, a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, specialising in Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics; Computer Systems or Software; and 
  • To work at Saab you must comply with defence industry security requirements (i.e. you will be an Australian citizen or able to meet eligibility requirements).
