For this position you have a relevant University degree, M.Sc./Ph.d. You have experience in signal processing and knowledge of statistical methods. In addition, if you have experience with radar systems it is meritorious.
A successful candidate will have a strong interest and some experience in some of these areas:
- Software architecture / Systems Design
- Signal processing with Model based deisgn
- Software development: Implementation of algorithms, Git, Linux, CI and unit testing
- Programming Languages: Matlab, Java, C/C++
- Communication skills: Data visualization, presentations, reports in written text

What you will be a part of
Surveillance business area provides effective solutions for monitoring, decision support and systems for detecting and protection against different types of threats. The product portfolio includes airborne, land-based and naval radar systems, communication intelligence, management systems and systems for naval and air traffic management.
The business unit Surface Radar Solutions is responsible for ground-based and naval radar systems. We are 430 employees, of whom 250 are in Gothenburg and the rest is placed in our sites in Syracuse, USA.
You will be part of the Signal and Data Processing section responsible for systems and software development at Surface Radar Engineering.
This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
