Saab ATM is currently looking for creative, energetic, inquisitive and talented Software Engineering students who are looking to develop their skills and put their education into practice as a Software Engineering Co-op for a summer assignment (May - Aug.) in our Syracuse, NY office while making significant contributions to a safer society.
As a member of our growing software team, candidates will actively participate in the architecture, design, implementation, test and integration of real, mission critical software.
Your experiences and skills
• Enrollment in an accredited Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Completed Sophomore year or later
• Familiarity with C/C++ or Java programming experience
• Strong LINUX environment and command line skills
• A desire to develop software craftsmanship level of skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
