Corporate governance

Saab AB is a Swedish public limited liability company whose shares are listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm exchange. Saab’s corporate governance is based on Swedish legislation, primarily the Swedish Companies Act, the Swedish Annual Accounts Act, Nasdaq Stockholm Rules for issuers – which also include the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance – and other relevant Swedish and foreign laws and guidelines.
