Saab sells 60% of A2 Acoustics AB

WM-Data is acquiring 60% of the shares in A2 Acoustics AB, a wholly-
owned subsidiary of Saab AB. A2 Acoustics was recently formed by the
Saab Venture Capital Council.

A2 Acoustics possesses cutting-edge expertise primarily in active noise
control - expertise it built up while developing civil aircraft at Saab
Aerospace. Active noise control is attracting increasing interest in
both the aviation and automotive industries. The company consists of six
highly qualified innovators, and an interesting patent portfolio.

A2 Acoustics will represent an important resource for both WM-Data and
Saab in their respective efforts in the field of active noise control.

Peter Sandehed, head of Venture Capital issues within Saab, views WM-
Data as a very important principal for exploiting this interesting
technology outside Saab's core areas, and predicts strong growth.

"This is why it is positive that Saab will remain part of the company as
a minority owner," says Peter Sandehed.

Saab is one of the world's leading high-technology companies, with its
main operations focusing on defence, aviation and space. The group
covers a broad spectrum of competence and capability in systems
