Australia orders additional air defence systems from Saab

Saab Bofors Dynamics has received a follow-on order from Australia. Saab
received an order from Australia in May 2003 for the RBS 70 air defence
missile system. Now Saab Bofors Dynamics has secured a follow-on order
for the BOLIDE missile for the RBS 70 system. The order, worth
approximately MSEK 150, means that over a short period of time orders
for the RBS 70 system have been received from the Australian customer
for a total of approximately MSEK 600.

"Naturally we are both proud and pleased that our RBS 70 system is very
successful on the export market. We have been awarded a number of
important contracts despite tough international competition," says
Ingemar Andersson, the President of Saab Bofors Dynamics.
