The role as manager for the Customer Support unit within Business Unit Avionics Systems requires a combination of business and management skills and technical understanding from an engineering, manufacturing and product in service point of view. You will have responsibility for the the overall goals and results within Avionics Customer Support and After Sales business.
You will be part of forming a new strategy to grow this business within after sales and customer support. The unit is initially formed of around about 5 employees, but is expected to grow. The work will be performed in close collaboration with the Product Area management teams, Product Owners and our customers. You will report to the Head of the Product Area Control & Actuation and be a member of the product area management team.

- Appropriate professional or postgraduate qualification in a business oriented or technical discipline.
- Experience of Customer Support business is important.

- Strong drive, perseverance and ability to generate energy.
